We offer worldwide delivery.

UK Orders over £80: Free standard delivery via Royal Mail

UK Orders under £80: £4 standard delivery via Royal Mail

Next Day UK Delivery: £5.95 via Parcel Force (orders must be placed before 12pm weekdays for next day delivery)

Royal Mail 1st Class: £4.95

Within the EU: €9

Rest of World: $24

Standard delivery will normally take 3-6 working days; Orders shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class normally delivered within 1-3 working days.

All Next Day parcels will be delivered by Parcel Force. Please place all Next Day orders by 12 noon the day before the item is to be delivered, to ensure that your order will be with you by the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

Please note dispatch can occasionally be subject to availability and could take up to 7 working days. Please allow 10 working days to receive your delivery before querying your items.

UK Deliverys can be tracked by clicking on the following links: Royal Mail Track and Trace or Parcel Force Track and Trace. Tracking details will be sent automatically via email or alternatively can be found by accessing your store account.

Delivery outside the UK will normally take 5-8 working days. Please allow 12 working days to receive your delivery before querying your items.

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale products.

All parcels require a signature on delivery, a calling card will be left should no one be available to answer detailing that the parcel is at a local depot for collection.

You may also have the parcel delivered to an alternative address when first processing the order at checkout.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.

We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of order and with proof of purchase on orders within the UK and 21 days for the rest of the World. Kindly note that we can not accept a return if the hangtags have been detached from the garment so please try your purchase on before removing any tags.

During Postal strikes we will extend this to a 28 day returns period to allow for delivery delays.
Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund original postage paid by Striders Edge and return postage paid by the customer unless the fault is with us. If the customer keeps part of the order and returns items resulting in the original order total to be less than the qualifying value for free postage, the postage charge will still stand and therefore will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return an item

  • You will receive an invoice receipt containing your order number in your parcel as well as an order confirmation via email. Please email info@stridersedge.com quoting your order number. Detail your reason for returning the item and request a Returns number. Please include your name and address.
  • Please enclose the Returns Number you have been given with the goods to be returned. Please add postage as required for the items you are returning.
  • Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office.

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Postal address details will be given at the time that your Returns No is issued.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed. Please note, refunds can only be given to the original payer.

Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item.

Kindly note, only items purchased directly at www.stridersedge.com will be offered an exchange, refund or credit from Striders Edge Ltd. For any items purchased outside of stridersedge.com, such as a retail stockist or other online stockist you must contact them directly as they will have their own returns policy in place.
